Ashelford Construction, L.L.C. started in 1974 with an emphasis on custom building in Platte and Clay county, Missouri. In 1988, they expanded their service area to Buchanan and Andrew counties in Missouri.

In 1995, Dale Ashelford III received his Construction Engineering degree from Missouri Western & at that time, became a partner in the corporation.

Ashelford is now celebrating 30 years of service to the northwest Missouri region. Their reputation of excellence is evident in all of their work - single family homes, duplexes, multi family residences, and commercial structures.
